In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we ship domestic and international purchases via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. For your convenience, we offer express shipping services. Please check the shipping options available to you at checkout. Some shipping options may not be available for your shipping address. Available shipping options and prices are determined by your shipping address ZIP code at checkout, or you can estimate shipping costs anytime in your shopping cart. Please note that while we try our best to validate the shipping and billing addresses provided on our website, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these addresses are accurate. Please contact customer support if you have any trouble entering or updating your addresses.
Orders are processed and shipped only during our operating days and hours, excluding weekends and national holidays, unless otherwise stated during checkout. If an order is placed by 1 PM East Coast time, we will make all reasonable attempts to process and ship your order the same day. However, we may need up to one additional business day to process and ship your order. Items ordered after 1 PM East Coast time may be processed the next business day.
We are able to accept orders from customers worldwide. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and additional charges. Our online store calculates shipping charges based on the shipping ZIP/postal code. Your order will ship from our NY location.
Our products are geared toward law enforcement and military customers. Here at Direct Action®, we are very appreciative of our military personnel, and we do ship to APO/FPO locations. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There may be additional costs due to customs requirements, and all associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At Direct Action®, we strive to provide our customers with quality products in a timely manner. Therefore, we only sell products that we have in stock. We guarantee that you will receive the item you purchased. If we make a mistake packing your order, or if the description is materially different from the item you receive, please contact us and we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you. Please note that this guarantee only applies to our errors. It does not apply to items that do not fit your wants or needs. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your items will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number from FedEx, USPS, or UPS to track the location of your product. It may take the shipping carrier’s servers a few hours to update before the tracking number provides information. Items ordered after 1 PM East Coast time may be shipped the next business day. All orders over $300 and orders going to apartments will require a signature upon delivery.
