Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty


At Direct Action we are confident in the products we offer, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item includes all of the original packaging, instructions/tags, and receipt. Items must be received within 30 days from the initial order shipping date. We do not accept any third party returns. The returned product must be sent back in new condition with no signs of any use. All returns will be inspected prior to giving a refund. If any issues are found during the inspection, we will reach out to you. For your convenience a return label will be provided for domestic returns. We are not able to generate a return label for international returns. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges for returns. If the return label we provide is used, the associated costs will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier you are more than welcome to. The return address is below this paragraph. You may also be responsible for up to a 20% restocking fee for any item(s) returned. The determination whether a restocking fee is applied or not is up to the discretion of Direct Action. Refunds and/or additional fees will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. If return is because of a shipping error please goto our shipping policy for information. Please do not send any items back unless you have filled out the return form that was located in the package when your item was delivered. If you misplaced the return form, please click domestic return form or international return form to download the appropriate one. We are not able to exchange a product for another one. The item would need to be sent back for a refund. You would then be able to purchase the other item from our website. Please see the returns section above for additional information.


Direct Action offers a 2 year warranty on our products for any defects in materials or workmanship found in any of our products. Please go to your online profile to submit a return request. You may also contact customer service with your warranty issue. If your return is approved we will send you a return label to ship the product back to us. We will inspect product to determine if it meets warranty requirements and if it does we will replace it free of charge or refund your order including the original shipping.

  • Products purchased other than from Direct Action USA
  • Damage from customer modification or tampering
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse
  • Product warranty excludes extended wear and tear
