Terms & Conditions

Use of the Direct Action® website constitutes agreement to our terms and conditions. Please review the following information carefully.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Payment Methods

Credit Card Payments

Direct Action® accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.Net.

Direct Action® does not store full credit card information on our servers. Purchases made by credit or debit card will appear on your statement as charged by “Direct Action Gear.”

If a transaction is declined, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on the funds. These holds are controlled by the issuing bank and may remain in place for several business days. Direct Action® cannot release authorization holds. Please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.

PayPal Payments

We accept PayPal payments during checkout for eligible orders.

Check Payments

Direct Action® accepts payment by personal check, bank check, or money order. Checks must be made payable to Ambrave Corp. and mailed to:

Please include your Direct Action order number in the memo or reference section of the check.

Orders paid by check will not be released for fulfillment until funds have fully cleared. This may take several business days and can delay order fulfillment.

If a check is returned or declined by the issuing bank, the order may be voided and the customer may be responsible for any associated bank fees incurred by Direct Action®.

Wire Transfers

If we are unable to accept payment on your original order, the order may need to be voided. In some cases, we may be able to accept a new order by bank-to-bank wire transfer.

To arrange a wire transfer, please contact a sales representative at 1-518-309-8299.

If you experience problems processing your payment, please contact us and reference billing in your message.

Discount Codes and Promotions

The following terms apply to discount codes and promotions:

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Discount codes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Certain products may be excluded from discount codes.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on combo deal items.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Discount codes and promotions may be ended or extended at the discretion of Direct Action®.

Shipping

We make every effort to honor the shipping method selected at checkout. However, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping services at no additional cost.

If you do not want an upgraded shipping service, please contact us before receiving shipping confirmation.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax, including tax on shipping where required. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.

Tax Exempt Customers

Tax exempt customers must provide a valid tax exemption certificate before placing an order. Once received, we can update your account so sales tax will not be charged on eligible orders.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Orders ship from the United States. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional import charges.

Order Acceptance

Direct Action® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, product availability issues, or violations of these terms and conditions.

Export Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of products sold by Direct Action®.

Direct Action® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that may violate United States export regulations, sanctions programs, or other applicable laws.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for determining the suitability and lawful use of any product purchased from Direct Action®.

Direct Action® is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions or applicable laws.

Warranty

Direct Action® offers a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

To submit a warranty request, please use your online account or contact customer service. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.

If the product qualifies for warranty coverage, Direct Action® will replace it at no additional charge, including shipping.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Products purchased from sources other than Direct Action®
  • Damage caused by customer modification or tampering
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Direct Action® accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order shipping date, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and includes all original packaging, instructions, tags, and receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
  • All returns are inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • Refunds and fees will be applied to the original payment method.
  • Third-party returns are not accepted.

Limitation of Liability
