    Low profile. Comfortable and when the pant legs are secured with the Velcro straps on the back of the vanguard’s legs—the pads will always be there when you kneel. This is my second set for my second set of Vanguards. The first pair being worn basically every day for 5 years and are still running…you cannot go wrong with them.
