Direct Action® was built upon the idea of system based gear. This means not only the interchangeability of most of our products, but also, that some of them can be easily transformed into something completely different. Our Front Flap Rig Interface is a great example of this kind of product. Thanks to this interface you can easily transform any of our skeletonized plate carrier flaps into a compact, lightweight chest rig. The set consist not only the shoulder and waist straps, but also a flat pocket to cover the hook Velcro® on the back of the flap.

This is a very nice harness. The included placard backer/pocket is a nice touch. This harness lays flat and distributes the load well while maintaining a low profile which is exactly what I wanted. I liked that I would be able to move the buckle higher on the shoulder strap if needed to get the rig to ride higher, however I ended up not needing to do that. The buckles are high quality, as is the material and construction. Plenty of extra length on the straps to dial in fitment, and the ability to add one wrap to secure cables or other accessories is great. All in all, hard to beat this product.
