Shipping
In order to provide the best possible service to our customers we ship all domestic and international purchases via FedEx and USPS. For your convenience we do offer express services. Please check the shipping option available to you at the bottom of this page. There may be some options that are not available to your shipping address. The shipping options and prices that are available to you will be determined by your shipping address zip code at checkout or you can estimate shipping costs anytime in your shopping cart. Please note that we try our best to validate the shipping and billing addresses that you provide on our website, however it’s is the customers responsibility for the accuracy of these addresses. You can contact customer support if you have any trouble entering or updating your addresses.
Orders will only be processed and shipped during our operating days and hours during the week excluding weekends and national holidays unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. If order is placed by 1 PM east coast time we will make all reasonable attempts to process and ship your order the same day, however we may need up to one additional business day to process and ship your order. Items ordered after 1PM East Coast time might be processed the next business day.
We are able to accept orders from customers worldwide. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and additional fees. Our on-line store will calculate shipping charges based on the shipping zip code. Your order will be shipped from our NY location.
Our Products are geared towards law enforcement and military. Here at Direct Action® we are very appreciative of our military personnel and we do ship to our customers at APO/FPO locations. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There may be associated costs due to customs requirements. All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At Direct Action® we strive to provide our customers with a quality product in a timely manner therefore we only sell products that we have in stock. We guarantee that you will get the item you purchased. If we make a mistake packing your order, or the description is materially different than the item you receive, please contact us and we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you. Please note that this guarantee only applies to our errors. It does not apply to items that do not fit your want or needs. Once order has been placed and confirmation that payment has been received your items will be shipped and you will get a tracking number from FedEx/USPS to track the location of your product. It may take the shipping carrier's servers a few hrs to update for the tracking number to provide any information. Items ordered after 1PM East Coast time may be shipped the next business day. All orders over $300 and orders going to apartments will need to have a “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” upon delivery.

- We use this service to also deliver to APO, FPO, DPO and US PO Box destinations
- Transit times typically 2-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the U.S.
- USPS is the carrier that will be delivering your package to your door
- APO, FPO, DPO shipping transit times could take 2-3 weeks for delivery
FedEx Ground®
- 1-5 Business days (3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii)
- Only delivers to businesses
- Operates Monday-Saturday with delivery between 8am to 5pm
FedEx Home Delivery®
- 1-5 Business days (3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii)
- Only delivers to residential addresses
- Operates Tuesday-Saturday with delivery between 9am and 8pm
