    Our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL MK II is the end result of its users feedback. It is slightly larger than the original version with a  partially elastic outer pouch to fit even more medical equipment, yet it still remains very flat. Fits the back of our MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve. The pouch features an easy ambidextrous access to the insert which has an interior designed to hold your first aid essentials.

    This pouch is an excellent ifak. Easy to use Quick deploying. Mine sits at the rear of my battle belt. The grab handles allow me to grab with either hand I also like the quick open tabs much smarter design then others. Would like to have seen a tether cord be able to been attached and a couple bungee cords that would hold a CAT Tourniquet. This ifak pouch is worth the money and way less expensive then like one made by HSGI at a better price with excellent quality of construction.

    Most of my kit consists of Direct Action gear and I am impressed with the quality and durability. The Med pouch itself is a well made item and opens easily under stress unlike other med pouches I have used in the past. I keep the pouch on the left side of my Spitfire which allows me to access it from the left or right hand. Recently however, I lost this pouch insert during a training exercise in a thick wooded area. The pouch was later found and I've now dummy corded the pouch to the plate carrier to prevent losing $200 worth of gear/supplies.

    I use this for my airway kit, it fits a cric kit, a couple chest seals, a few needle d’s my stethoscope and a laryngoscope with an et tube prepped and it sits perfectly on my ronin belt and easily saves me critical time securing an airway quickly rather than fumbling around taking my bag off and rummaging through it in tight spaces. Hopefully they restock the Multicam or the green soon because the pencott looks a tad strange with everything else being Multicam and also a way to secure it inside the pouch would be nice to ensure it doesn’t slide out on accident.

    I bought this because I liked the choice of left and right extraction of the med kit from its mount. I mounted my new kit on the back of my webbing harness and it fits perfectly. Don’t even know it’s there. Very easy to reach around either side and pull the kit out if I need to, even while running.

    Good construction and durable materials. Haven’t put it through the full paces yet but it appears to be more than sturdy. Put the sleeve on my gun belt and keep the insert in my edc bag attached to a Velcro panel. It’s like they knew exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the great product.
