- Best tactical waist bag on the market

As usual, Direct Action doesn't disappoint. I have the Spitfire plate carrier and some mag pouches and those were all impressive. This waist bag is just as good. Is billed as a medical waist bag, but could really be used for anything. As a Special Agent medic, I did purchase it to carry med items and it does an awesome job. I like the adaptive green colorway as it works well with both Coyote brown and ranger green equipment. The bag is plenty big to carry what you need, but not so big that it flops around. Minr is stuffed with coban, pulse ox, hemostasis, med case, pen light, tape, wound packing gauze and a bunch of other small items. I like the customizable loops on the interior and the loop lining means you can add even more organization if you need it. There are plenty of molle ladders on the exterior and a nice shears pouch up top. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Another quality piece of equipment from Direct Action.
Price Quality Value - Great product, but I have a few things that could make it even better

The product is great, but as a special operations medic, there are a few changes that would make this the absolute best med bag on the market.
1- Size: It is too small be an inch in length and .75 inch in hight. I believe the hight is 5.5 inches. This is problem for carrying 6" elastic baggage, which is the preferred size for US Special Operations. Also, adding a an inch in length, would allow for better spacing for a pre made cric kit (NAR/TACMED). It all fits now, however it is extremity full and the side where the elastic bandage is standing up, the zipper seems to be struggling.
Below are me nitpicking!
2- Laser cut molle: I think adding one more row to the bottom would be optimal. It would allow tourniquet pouches to sit better on the pouch.
3- Modular hook and look webbing on the inside: Personally I do not use it, and many other SOF Medics I know, do not use it either, as it is easier to stack the elastic bandages on one side and the gauze and combat gauge on the other for quicker access. I think this could reduce some bulk on the inside, as well as lower the price of production.
- Make a few of the hook and look elastic loops on the inside top flap larger.
4- Trauma sheer pouch: I would love to see something a little more secure than hook and look. Maybe a clip or even a mini g hook.
