    I did not buy this placard to use with direct action gears plate carrier but it has worked well on my k19 Gen 3. I did make some minor modifications since I did not need the side tabs I remove those to make it more flush fitting. I was a little disappointed by the actual hook Velcro. It does not feel like it hooks on to the loop Velcro super strong and was one of the additional reasons why I removed the side tabs. It does work but I wish it was a bit more sticky.
