    SPITFIRE MK II Elastic Cummerbund®

    With our new SPITFIRE MK II Plate Carrier, you are no longer forced to accept what you get, but you can actually build your own, perfect carrier. Therefore, we've decided to create various cummerbunds. One of them is the SPITFIRE MK II Elastic Cummerbund. Made entirely of 100mm/4” elastic webbing divided into sections. Each section can accommodate a single carbine magazine (AR/AK/SR or even G36 magazines). Laminate puller in each section can also be used for attaching a bungie cord, providing even more security for the mags. This cummerbund is also compatible with our standard SPITFIRE® vest.

    This cummerbund rocks, and it's very versatile. I really liked the small pistol mag inserts inside the pouches that helped prevent any sloshing around. My only complaint is that for the multi-cam version thumbnail only the small stripe in the middle of the pouches were multi-cam, not the whole thing, witch is what came in the mail.

    Holds mags very well even during various tactical maneuvers. The pouches in the rear are hard to grab at so I'd advise storing a med kit in those pouches with a pull string or something. I'm a larger guy with larger arms so that may be the reason as to why I can't reach them. Great product and holds elasticity very well. Comfort has improved since I put them on my carrier.
